Ready to buy a new car? If you still have doubts about it why not just consider modifying your car or giving it interior and exterior upgrades? Although this may cause you to spend thousands of dollars, it’s much cheaper than purchasing the latest in the market. Giving your car a new look, improving its driving potentials and enhancing its utility is so easy and a lot cheaper nowadays. If you’re after changing your typically boring driving routine, upgrading your car’s interior and exterior features can save you from—oh well, boredom.

Changing the way your car looks can be just as exciting as buying a new vehicle. But apart from choosing which car to buy, or which auto parts to purchase or add to your car for that matter, you need to choose a reliable and trusted auto parts dealer that cannot only supply you with your exact needs but can help you save big. Don’t worry because there’s one store that can do these at the same time, Auto Parts Deal. Replacement parts for Ford parts, Chevrolet parts, GMC parts, Toyota parts, Volkswagen parts and a whole lot more are readily available. All these premium quality products can be purchased at very affordable deals.

Most auto mechanics and professionals would recommend buying replacement or aftermarket auto parts only from one source for this will ensure the parts’ compatibility and exactness. And not only that, it can help you save time, efforts and money especially on shipping. Installing those new parts can also be easier and quicker if you get them from only one supplier. Auto Parts Deal, however gives you more than these benefits. Added benefits such as security, affordability and convenience can all be enjoyed upon purchasing any of the products.

What are the parts you can use to modify your car? For Mazda cars, you can find here highly durable and quality Mazda spoilersMazda hood, and Mazda bumpers. These parts are made of high quality materials and are perfectly finished to give your vehicle a perfect impression. Combining both functionality and aesthetics, they are the best replacement you can find for your original auto parts.

The Mazda bumpersare specially designed to give you maximum protection in the event of a collision. They have spring loaded sock absorbers that allow the bumper to compress and extend back to its original shape during low impact collisions. While during high impact collisions, these shock absorbers decrease or prevent damage to the passengers and the vehicle by absorbing and redirecting the energy from the impact.

Different kinds of lights are also available here at Auto Parts Deal; these include the finest Toyota tail lights, Chevrolet headlights, and Jeep fog lights. Headlight covers are also available in this store. These auto parts are excellent ways of modifying your car. But aside from changing the way your car looks, they keep you safe as you drive. If you are planning to drive off-road with your Jeep for example, installing high quality Jeep fog lights is one of the best ways of preparing your auto. These lights enhance your visibility especially in severe weather conditions.

Create a truly inspiring image for your car by replacing your wheels. You can resize it, specially the rear wheels to make it look like a sports car; however, make sure to seek advise from an expert in doing so. Resizing your wheels can sacrifice your handling and ride quality if you go beyond what is suited for your vehicle. Meanwhile you can choose among the available durable and premium grade wheels like Ford wheels, Dodge wheels, Nissan wheels and GMC truck wheels online.

These are just a few of the millions of quality auto parts you can choose from. Your choices are immensely available. You actually have a lot of good options in jazzing up your everyday driving aside from buying a new vehicle. Just find time to explore them and you’ll realize there are still more ways to modify your car than you can imagine

The future of UK roads

Britain’s roads can be treacherous; every journey, even popping to the shops, requires drivers to concentrate hard and take in hundreds of facts, processing them instantly to avoid accidents. Every obstacle and danger must be registered by the brain so that action can be taken instantaneously. From the motorbike approaching from the right at a roundabout, to the bus that looks like it’s about to pull out without signalling, the human brain needs to be on top form and your vehicle needs to be roadworthy and responsive in order to avoid major calamity.

There are literally millions of vehicles lining our highways every day, around 22 million to be more precise. More than 151 billion vehicle kilometres of journeys take place every year on England's road network alone and there are a whopping 4,818 miles of road to be covered. It’s hardly surprising then that accidents happen quite frequently. Just one momentary lack of concentration can lead to a serious accident involving loss of life and serious personal injury. In fact there are a some roads notorious for their danger factor. Number one on the list is the A989 near Dalwhinnie in Perth and Kinross, number two is the A537 between Macclesfield, Cheshire and Buxton in Derbyshire and the number three is the A12 near Romford in Essex. We may rate our roads as the safest in the world, carrying a third of all traffic we only see one eigth of all accidents, but we still endure massive loss of life every year. The UK statistic for death and serious injury on our roads in 2001 was 34,764.

The European Union wants to cut road deaths in half by 2010, by introducing a variety of new road safety measures which will make the roads a less perilous place to be. Along with trying to adjust driver behaviour, vehicles will be made safer and road infrastructure improved. The hope is that the incident rate for car accidents will drop dramatically.

Education
High risk groups such as truck and coach drivers and male car drivers under 25 will be targeted for new safety education schemes. If behaviour is highlighted as a major cause of death on the highways then it is thought that dangerous drivers will rethink their attitude to the road. One of the new technologies that could support this initiative is the implementation of tailgating cameras to spot people driving intentionally or unintentionally close to the car in front. People who feel that speed cameras encourage a George Orwell 1984 type society will have to brace themselves for a raft of new motoring equipment that will tell police how they are driving and will encourage speedy prosecutions.

Nowhere to hide
The future is bleak for law breakers who are set on making the roads less pleasant for everyone else. Police will be able to spot uninsured motorists with a number plate recognition system that feeds into DVLA data bases and video cameras, to tell an officer who is insured and who is not. Evidential breath testing equipment will be introduced next year for roadside use and passive sensors will be able to detect the presence of alcohol in the immediate area. In order to protect the public from drunk drivers and those without insurance the police are willing to crack down without repent. If you’ve had a drink and are pulled over by the traffic cops then you’re in trouble. That’s if your car starts in the first place.

Safe hi tech cars
New technologies are being researched and developed all over the world by clever people who are concerned about the dangers of getting behind the wheel.

Drink driving may soon be wiped out by the introduction of ‘alcolocks’ in all vehicles. This nifty device means that before the engine will even start, the driver will have to breathe into an alcohol detector to prove to the car that they are sober. This has the potential to save lives and change the future of motoring. In 2002, 560 people were killed when one or more driver or ride was over the limit. If drivers can’t start their car without a breath test then these figures might fall.

The speeding issue could also be a problem of the past, while cameras will remain; speed freaks may have difficulty in reaching break neck speeds anyway. Intelligent speed adaption will keep cars within the legal speed limit. If an accident does happen, aerospace technology may be the key to finding out what happened. Black boxes similar those found in aircraft can record details of how a car was being driven in the moments leading up to an accident. These might also be used to implement new ‘pay as you go’ schemes for car insurance.

On the road
The roads will soon become home to a variety of traffic calming technologies that will catch out even the slightest deviation from safe driving behaviour. In the future speed cameras will monitor over a distance rather than taking a snapshot of a drivers speed. Tailgating cameras and seatbelt detection cameras will appear on gantries. If drivers don’t belt up and keep well back from other motorists they may face fines and worse. Lane sensors will detect whether someone has overtaken on double white lines and some discussion has taken place over the last few weeks about the introduction of speed cameras in cat’s eyes. So maybe the nine lives of a cat can help to save the lives of countless UK drivers?

What to do if you do have an accident
We have a little while to wait before all of these strategies are rolled out in the UK. In the meantime it will certainly pay to drive carefully and to keep in mind that road traffic accidents are estimated to become the biggest worldwide killer by the year 2020. If you are caught up in a road accident then you might be entitled to make a personal injury claim for accident compensation. You can get free legal advice at www.wheelsatonce.com or you can call on 0800 78 38 846 to learn more.

So the future is bright?
It looks like the UK’s roads may become safe once more. If the illegal activities such as drink driving and speeding are reduced then hopefully driver behaviour will change. If everyone works together to rein in change, then Britain’s roads will become less of a hazard.

You have worked and worked and worked some more, you have saved and sacrificed. You finally have it, the BMW that you have always wanted. Now, you want, no need to make it more personal, more yours. Its time to accessorize. However, where do you begin? Follow these tips to find the right accessories for you and your car.

1- One of the best places to start your search for the right accessory is online. There are numerous stores and dealers that offer items from floor mats to graphics and everything in between. Online, you can see pictures, read reviews and get the chosen items shipped directly to your door. As an added bonus, many online stores either deeply discount the products or offer free shipping.

2- However, if you prefer, you can go into a BMW dealership and speak with someone personally to pick out the accessories that best suit your personality and price range. The dealership may also be able to help you by allowing you to see what the accessory will look like on your car before you purchase it, therefore avoiding making a costly mistake.

3- Some of the most popular accessories for BMW's are wheels, stereos and interior accessories such as steering wheels and gearshift covers. These particular types of after market items come in a variety of styles and prices, there is, literally something for everyone

4- Another excellent and often overlooked source of BMW accessories are car clubs, specifically BMW clubs. These types of clubs are full of other enthusiasts who are normally very happy to help you search for an accessory as they have the same interests in their cars as you do in yours. You can find these clubs via the internet, yellow pages or BMW car dealers.

5- After all the research and actual searching for accessories is complete, its time to install. For a lot of car buffs this part is more anticipated than actually seeing what the part looks like on. However, to ensure that you are installing the accessory correctly you are going to need instructions. Often times, the part itself comes with, at best, vague directions. It would be best to contact other BMW owners, either through a car club or via online forums and chat rooms. They will be your best source of actual how-to instructions to get your BMW outfitted and more suited to your personality. Have fun.

(ARA) - Americans spend a good part of their lives in their cars -- commuting to work, carpooling, and hauling materials for household projects. Spending more time in the car means doing more in the car, as well. We sip our lattes in the morning, eat our fast food lunches, feed the kids snacks en route from one activity to the next.

All this hustle and bustle can take a toll on your car’s interior, especially in the sloppy winter months. On top of the usual food spills and drink drips, your car is subjected to snow melting off of boots onto the floor, salt and sand being tracked in and other winter messes.

Short of buying a new car every week, how can you keep your interior looking showroom clean? The I Dig Pig Store offers a number of products that make quick work of cleanups, as well as items that help keep the mess from happening in the first place.

Adapted from the company’s industrial division (New Pig Corporation), and used for 18 years in thousands of factories worldwide, these products have stood the test of time and grime. In industry, the Pig brand is famous for innovative ways to speed up workplace tasks. Now the company is turning its attention to helping busy people save time at home.

Many of the Tipton, Pa.-based company’s products are based on its Pig absorbent fabric, which is an eight-layer material specially bonded to make it 100 times stronger than paper towels. It absorbs large amounts of liquids evenly and quickly.

The CrudCoaster Cupholder Insert is a perfect example of how the Pig fabric helps prevent messes before they happen. Take a preemptive strike against spills by popping a CrudCoaster absorbent disk into all your cupholders to soak up any leaks or spills. When you know it’s time, just remove the Insert, toss it and put in a new one.

The same fabric is also used in Pig Car Liners. These convenient, perforated sheets soak up and hold drippy, gunky messes. Keep a pack of Liners in your car and use them anytime your vehicle’s carpet is at risk. Taking a casserole to that holiday party? Don’t take chances. Put a Liner underneath it to catch the occasional drips. Picking the kids up from skating or sledding? Lay down a Liner before you make your rounds to soak up melting snow and ice or runoff from muddy boots.

Now that your car is sparkling, you’ll want to park it in a clean garage. You can use the Pig Absorbent Mat Roll to protect your garage floor from drips during oil changes or protecting your pavement during repairs. The Mat not only helps to prevent grimy messes and slippery spots in your garage and driveway, but it also comes in handy for wet messes inside the house, like when the washing machine overflows, a gallon of milk falls off the counter or someone forgets to close the window during a rainstorm.

And just in case any dirt somehow sneaks into the garage, stop it at the door with the Pig Sticky Steps Tablet. Experts say 70 percent of the dirt in our homes comes in on shoe soles. The ultra-sticky adhesive surface of these mats literally rips dirt from shoe soles, without transferring adhesive to your floors

ARA) – Exactly how many people does it take to design a new car for NASCAR racing? As far as Ford’s new Taurus is concerned, the answer is many.

And they all need to be on the same page.

When the 2004 Taurus made its debut at Daytona, it represented Ford’s most synergistic effort in race car design to date. This synergy comes from all corners of the Ford empire and includes solid representation from not only the NASCAR ranks but also the real world production side.

The prior version of Taurus, originally presented to the public in the 1998 Daytona 500, has provided excellent results. But its humble beginnings came after public, and, at times, cantankerous battles between various team entities that wanted to leave their mark on that specific iteration.

“A lot of times you can build a car that just suits one team’s purpose,” said Ford Racing’s NASCAR Field Manager Robin Pemberton, on a pitfall of this type of engineering exercise. Pemberton is in a position to know, as he was one of the principals of a three-team entity that worked on the ’98 Taurus while working at Penske South Racing.

“I think the last couple times we had Penske doing one version, Yates doing one and Roush doing one,” recalled Pemberton shaking his head. “During that (’98) project, NASCAR would cut templates off of cars and they were different cars that were constructed in different ways and not all the templates fit all the cars at the same time.

“It was almost impossible.”

With lessons learned from 1998, Ford Racing’s Greg Specht knew that he wanted to approach the car design issue differently. With a heftier engineering staff at his disposal, all he needed was word that the production staff wanted a new car developed for the NASCAR circuit.

The call for a new Taurus came approximately 20 months prior to its first on-track experience and included conversations between Ford Racing and Ford production. The result is a race car that is representative of what consumers see on the showroom floor.

“What we have in ’04 is a re-freshening of the Taurus, so that kicks off a process,” recalled Specht. “After the decision was made, we say to the production guys, ‘OK, what are your thoughts? Show us your sketches and drawings,’ and so on and so forth.

“With their ideas and goals in place, we went back and started looking at the race car and say, ‘OK, now what do we need to do to the race car to have it look like the production car?’”

Having the production car designers more intimately involved from the start is also something new to the process, as the value of the NASCAR fan base becomes a key factor.

“In the recent past, racing considerations haven’t influenced their (production’s) thinking a lot anyway,” explained Specht. “Even going back to the Thunderbird, what they did in the design studio was not affected that much by what was happening on the race track. However, it is starting to change in that they’re asking for [Ford Racing’s] input a lot earlier on in the process and some ideas that will actually improve the production car and truck.

“That happened with the new F-150, in fact, because since aero was such a big thing on the race track, we spent a lot more time in the wind tunnel with our race trucks than the production engineers do with the production truck,” continued Specht. “So we know a lot more about balance and downforce and drag and the subtle little things that you can do to increase those characteristics.”

Once the basic design concepts were developed, then the aero process began. This is the playground of Ford Racing’s lead aerodynamicist, Bernie Marcus, who spent a considerable amount of time working out the nuances of the new car by using hand sketches and computer modeling before any consideration was given to forming actual metal fenders, hoods and decklids.

Marcus didn’t have a wide-open field in which to draw from because of NASCAR’s “aero-matching” rules, but he closed in on the starting point for the new car by using electronic models and 40-percent clay models.

“I think the reason everything went so well is because we also included NASCAR early on and that was very different from the past,” Specht offered. “The previous programs that I’ve been involved in, we’d go off in the corner and do our jobs. The day it was due, we handed it to NASCAR and said, ‘OK, here’s our car. Can we have your approval for this?’”

“We took a very different approach this time around, and before we started fabricating the car and after we went to the teams and had an idea of what we wanted to do. We brought NASCAR up to Dearborn to our design studio and met with our production car designers and walked NASCAR through. ‘Here’s the production car. Here’s what we’re thinking of doing with the race car to match the production car. What do you think?’

This approach resulted in success. The very first time the 2004 Taurus competed in a NASCAR race, Dale Jarrett drove one to victory in the Budweiser Shootout at Daytona International Speedway in early February.

“The piece that we’re ending up with is a very good race car,” said Specht, “and it goes to show that two heads are better than one.”

The long and winding road must have been an uphill climb in the days before automobiles. Leonardo da Vinci played with the concept of transport vehicles in the 15th century, but horse drawn carriages and old, reliable walking remained the most efficient means of transportation. Thankfully, in the late 1700's, inventors concluded, there has to be a better way. For well over two hundred years and counting, the art of transportation has been evolving. With a multitude of patents, inventors, mechanics, and researchers to thank, the modern day, fuel-injected, safety efficient automobile is light years away from the heavy, perilous steam engine powered vehicle of the early days.

There isn't one clear cut inventor to single handedly credit with the invention of the automobile, although there is a wealth of opinions on why certain inventors should receive that credit. Contributions from Scotland"s Robert Anderson, France's Nicholas Cugnot, Germany's Karl Freidrich Benz, and Charles Duryea from the United States helped mold the first automobiles to provide genuine transportation.

Once the concept of automotive transportation had been realized, the next effort went into ways to produce those vehicles. These were the days long before standardized parts, so mass tooling was an issue. Individual parts needed to be of consistent size and material to make the production process more efficient. Skilled labor was the next biggest challenge to enabling every home the opportunity to own an automobile. Henry Ford's vision to build "cars for the great multitude" helped ignite a flood of almost 500 automotive manufacturers into the U.S. market, while Mercedes and Oldsmobile helped fuel the fire worldwide.

Mass producing one of the world's most historical advancements was no small task. The Mercedes folks needed seventeen hundred workers to produce one thousand cars per year. Henry Ford's introduction of the first assembly line in 1913 revolutionized the business of producing cars. Major advancements in machinery and technology made the process of building cars open to the multitude of new automotive manufacturers; however, in 1927, Ford was the winner with fifteen million units manufactured.

Once the automobile had been designed, established, and mass produced, the focus shifted to how to make the most profit from it. Besides the evolution from steam to electricity to gas powered engines and the introduction of the first automatic transmission, advancements to the actual performance of the car weren't nearly as dramatic. In fact, cars could only be driven in the summer time because antifreeze had yet to be developed. By contrast, the vast landscape of the United States transformed the desire for automotive transportation into the need for automotive transportation.

Automobiles made it possible for school systems to improve, health systems to improve, and lifestyle standards to improve, simply by connecting the city to the rural areas and the United States as a whole. The ability to transport building materials, as well as people, helped build communities and expand cultures.

By the 1900?s the United States had long established a tradition of manufacturing success. For this reason it was logical that the production of cars in America would result in larger volume at lower prices than in Europe. Of the 485,000 automobiles produced in 1913, the United States produced 606,000 of them. As a result, the market for domestic versus import cars was clearly established. Imported vehicles obviously cost more to purchase, but also cost more to manufacture. In 1912, the Model T sold for approximately $600, which was less than the average wage annually in the United States. The introduction of the Mercedes Grosser undoubtedly defined the distinction between luxury automobiles and economy automobiles. This distinction during the economically-trying war eras further developed the class system, which to this day is still somewhat defined by the type of vehicle a person owns. The Mercedes focus shifted from merely providing transportation to providing transportation in the most luxurious way possible. Luxury or economy the United States was declared "auto dependent" in the 1980's because almost every household owned one, if not two vehicles.

The evolution of the automobile industry is a truly fascinating one that has yet to reach its final chapter. Underneath the research programs focused on designing less environmentally harmful vehicles and the business programs focused on producing the least expensive vehicles possible, the simple luxury of transportation is almost lost. In the end, the opportunity to travel the long and winding road in comfort is truly a gift.

Winter driving can be hazardous and stressful. Wind, snow, ice and blizzard conditions increase the normal dangers of driving. There is a lot you can do before the winter driving season and during a storm to protect yourself and your family.

Before winter arrives, have your car inspected to be sure it is ready for the road conditions. You can do this yourself or take it to a qualified mechanic. Check the battery, wipers and fluid, thermostat, brakes, ignition system, antifreeze, exhaust system, lights, oil level, heater and defrosters. Make sure everything is in good working order to keep you safe throughout the cold weather.

Check your tires to be sure they are road ready. Install tires that are appropriate for the driving conditions. In moderate amounts of snow, all weather radials will do the job nicely. If you live in a climate where you experience a lot of snow, consider snow tires. These have better tread to deal with snow and ice.

Prepare an emergency kit to keep in the back of your car. This will ensure that you are prepared in the event that you get stuck in the snow. Things to include in the kit:

Ice scraper
Small broom
Small shovel
Kitty litter or a bag of sand (to give traction if you get stuck in snow or ice)
Blankets or a sleeping bag
Flashlight with batteries
Flares or warning triangles
Plastic bags
First aid kit
Tool kit
Jumper cables
Bright cloth to use as a flag
Help sign for back window
Extra hat and gloves
Food and water to sustain you if you get stuck
A book, Bible or Prayer Cards to keep you busy and calm in the event you get stuck.
Charged cell phone (always carry this, especially in the winter)

Keep your gas tank at least half full at all times. This adds weight to the car and will ensure that you won’t run out of gas in the event you get stuck.

Driving in the Snow

Pay attention to the weather forecasts and road conditions in the winter months. If the weather is bad, stay home if at all possible. If you must venture out, travel in the daylight. You are more likely to find help if you get stuck during the day. Never warm up your vehicle in the garage. This releases carbon monoxide, which is toxic and can kill you.

When driving, always wear your seatbelt. Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the glare of the sun reflecting off the snow. Know your car and how it handles in the snow. Features like traction control and antilock brakes can be useful in bad weather conditions. Know how these work and if your car is new, practice driving it in a snow covered parking lot before venturing out on the road.

Take it slow, especially in icy conditions. Don’t tailgate and be sure to allow a safe distance between vehicles. Do everything slowly, stopping, accelerating and turning. Leave plenty of time and space to maneuver. Sliding and skidding usually happen when turning, stopping or accelerating. Going extra slow will ensure your safety.

If the visibility is low, slow down even more. Consider getting off highways and driving even slower. This will take you out of the path of large trucks that can cause accidents. Use only your low beams, as your high beams will reflect back off the snow and won’t increase your visibility. Turn on your hazard lights to be sure other drivers see you.

In the event your car gets stuck, don’t get out. Put up the hood and tie your cloth to the antennae. This will make you more visible to emergency vehicles and other drivers. Keep the windows, air grill and tail pipe clear of snow. Wrap up in blankets and huddle up with passengers to stay warm. Run the heat for fifteen minutes each hour to keep from freezing. Move your body around to stay warm.

Keeping your car clean throughout the winter is important. Salt on the roads is important for safety, but will wreak havoc on the finish. If left on for long periods, it can cause rusting. Wash your vehicle weekly to remove salt and wax to protect the paint. Salt also leaves a coating on your headlights that can impair their operation. This will make you less visible to other vehicles. New Lite Headlight Cleaner and Restorer will return the lights to like new condition

The began in 1948, June 8th to be exact. That is when the first two seater 356 was produced. There were 51 hand built Porsche 356/2 automobiles built in Austria. This model had a 40 hp 1.1 liter center engine.

The Porsche 911 rear engine automobile was introduced in 1963. It has been one of the biggest selling sports cars in the world. Over one million have been sold.

Porsche has a new offering for the sports car enthusiast in 2006. Positioned between the Boxster S and 911 Carrera, and marketed as an alternative to the BMW Z4 and the Mercedes SLK, the Cayman S is to start appearing in showrooms in January 2006 and will carry a price tag of $58,900.00. Porsche is only offering this hot-rod Cayman S and will not say when they will offer an entry level model.

The Cayman S is a two seater modified version of the Boxster convertible. The Cayman has a 295 hp 3.4 liter six cylinder mid-engine that goes from 0-60 mph in an impressive 5.1 seconds. Similar to the Boxster S, the Cayman S has a precise six speed manual gearbox with a double inertia flywheel and hydraulic clutch and power rear wheels. The Porsche Active Suspension Management is an electronic damping control system that is an option on the Cayman S. Switched on this system assures a smooth ride and it improves stability and grip for sharper steering responses.

Inside the Cayman S offers an on-board computer system with continuous indication of mileage, time and speed, automatic climate control, digital radio with in dash CD and a 7 speaker Bose Surround Sound System.

Porsche expects the new Cayman S to attract the upwardly mobile market. The company expects that Cayman buyers will be customers moving up from the Porsche Boxster.

A car accessory is something you add to your car to make it look better and to add some style. Many people want a cool car accessory to accent their car. A car accessory can make your car look great. A car accessory can help you to personalize your car. Whatever your reason may be for purchasing a car accessory, you will surely enjoy doing it.

A car accessory can often be pricy. But before we get into that kind of a car accessory, let's start with the cheaper ones. A cheap car accessory that many people enjoy is stickers. This car accessory can be a funny statement, a social cause, or an achievement. Another inexpensive car accessory is bobble heads. They are often of famous people or silly animals. These are always funny to look at.

A car accessory is sometimes a necessary thing. An example of this kind of a car accessory is floor mats. Floor mats can either be plain colored or have a catchy design. Another often needed car accessory is air fresheners. As you know, cars can get smelly. Many people find this car accessory to be a blessing.

Now we will move on to the more expensive kind of car accessory. This type of car accessory is often electronic in nature. An electronic car accessory can be a blacklight, neon headlights, CD player, or even a DVD player to keep the kids quiet while you are trying top drive. A similar car accessory would be to add a playstation or an Xbox to your car with a television unit to play on. This car accessory is not recommended because it can be ever so distracting to the driver.

Another expensive, yet sometimes necessary car accessory is an in dash GPS (global positioning system). A GPS helps many drivers get to and from various locations. It is kind of like an onboard automated map. A GPS can cost you between $500 and $1500 so you must decide on if you really need it. Another example of an expensive car accessory is a radar detector. This helps drivers know when a police officer may be nearby looking for speeding cars. A radar detector alerts you so you can slow down and avoid a speeding ticket. A radar detector is not really needed unless you are the type of person who likes to speed.

Whether you want a car accessory to better personalize your car or to help you avoid speeding tickets, you will surely have a bunch to choose from. Take your time and seek out the one that is best for you. There are a lot of places to go for car accessories. Have fun and enjoy yourself while you shop.

Toyota Parts Online, one of the country’s leading auto parts suppliers specializing on selling superior quality Toyota parts presents to you top quality parts for Toyota Camry, one of Toyotas best models.

The present Toyota Camry cars belong to the fourth generation Toyota Camry. Most of the Toyota Camry cars are sedans but the Camry was also sold as a station wagon. Three models of the Camry are available in the market right now: the Toyota Camry LE, Toyota Camry SE and the Toyota Camry XLE.

Let’s take a closer look at Toyota Camry and Toyota Parts Online’s choicest Toyota Camry parts for old and new models alike. Priced like Toyota Parts Used, all Toyota parts offered at this number one Toyota Parts Discount store are the best for your replacement part needs.

The Toyota Camry

The first Camry was introduced to us as the four-door Toyota Celica Camry sedans in 1980. As expected from Toyota, which always had strong marketing strategies, this vehicle got into the lime light in no time and thus, in 1983, Toyota decided to release it in the market as a model independent from the Toyota Celica, the Toyota Camry.

Since its introduction, the Toyota Camry has been competing for the top spot in the midsize sedan market and in recent years, it has been consistently strong in the passenger car category.

The Toyota Camry was first built in U.S in 1988 and since then the Camry virtually remained unchanged in substance. It was only in 2003 when Toyota released a completely redesigned Toyota Camry. It got the first new platform in ten years; also, a sporty trim the Toyota Camry SE got into the line-up.

Features

Toyota Camry’s sporty and confident stance is one of its most admirable features. The sleek body lines speak of its refinement inside and out. Your impression is further validated from the moment you enter the cabin and feel the cozy ambience and start the 210-hp V6 or the standard four-cylinder DOHC 157-hp engine.

Exterior looks of the Toyota Camry is enhanced by its set of handsome steel Toyota wheels with all-season tires, the Toyota spoiler, the aerodynamic and uniquely designed multi-reflector halogen Toyota headlights with auto-off feature, and the unique blackout sport Toyota grille with chrome trim. The dual color-keyed power outside Toyota mirror and the stylish full Toyota wheel covers also add some flair to your driving.

2006 Toyota Camry

For the 2006 model year, the Toyota Camry substantially remained the same after some interior and exterior updates in 2005. A DVD navigation system, however, is now a stand-alone option for the Toyota Camry SE V6 model. Still the multi-reflector halogen Toyota headlights, stylish Toyota taillights and luxurious standard leather seats (for the Toyota Camry XLE V6) new to the 2005 models provide a fresh look and a comfortable ride for the 2006 Toyota Camry cars.

Owning a Toyota Camry

Driving a Toyota Camry tells something about your own style and taste for high quality cars. Toyota Camry holds a reputation for quality, durability and reliability and this is precisely the reason why it continuously outsells other midsize cars, especially in America.

Owning it brings not only pride but great driving satisfaction so it is only right for you to give it the best attention and care it definitely deserves. Also, as your Toyota Camry gets older, it needs to be continually upgraded so it can always perform with maximum efficiency. Toyota Parts Online helps you do it with ease and convenience.

Sharing with you its expertise in the field of cars, Auto Parts Inner provides useful Auto Parts Information on how to prevent rust, which is said to be one of the worst enemies of cars.

Cars and Rust

Cars are valuable investments so we want to keep our own auto in excellent shape and condition as much as possible. No matter how old or new it is or whether it’s a known model or not, we give it special treatment as it provides as efficient, safe and comfortable means of transportation as well as enjoyment.

It is inevitable for a vehicle to experience common car problems; this is especially true if the model is already old. Among the most destructive and the most annoying problems is rust. This affects almost all auto parts, especially those exposed to moisture. The body panels, including the doors, the fenders, the hood and the tailgate are of course among the most vulnerable. When damaged by rust, these auto parts become weak and not only that, they become ugly too. Replacement may be your only solution.

Replacement Parts from Auto Parts Inner

Tailgate. Most pickup trucks have tailgates; this is a kind of door attached and protecting the truck bed. As a door to the rear part of the truck, it is often slammed when being closed; thus, it becomes vulnerable to damages. Moreover, trucks are often used off-road, so they are more exposed to damaging factors in the environment including salt, which hastens the formation of rust.

Auto Parts Inner offers the most durable Chevy tailgate, GMC tailgate and Ford tailgate. Designed like the original, these replacement auto parts are sure to give you lasting and the most efficient service. They are also made to endure the toughest driving conditions in which you may use your vehicles.

Hood. The hood is one of the most important body parts as this is used to protect the most vital parts of the car such as the engine. Just like the door and the tailgate, this must be rigid and tough to be able to give the best protection to parts underneath.

Since the hood has a metal covering that is exposed to harsh elements in the environment, the hood is also very susceptible to rust. Because of this, proper care is needed. It must be kept clean all the time and make sure the drain holes around the hood are clear so water can't pass through and cause rust.

Available at Auto Parts Inner are top of the line replacement Jeep hoods. Jeep replacement hoods are designed and loaded with high-quality composite construction and tough material to match the original Jeep hoods. Every Jeep hood is built to exacting tolerances in precision mold to fit a specific Jeep automobile. These are also equipped with rear braces for hood hinges and hood catches for an easy installation.

You can find out more of the body panels and Auto Parts Inner's available replacement auto parts at the store's web site. You can go to its How Cars Work section for more Auto Parts Information on several auto parts, auto makes and models, automotive systems and so much more.

Meanwhile, check out these simple yet useful tips on how to prevent rust in your car:

1. Keep your car clean and well waxed.

2. Rinse the underside with water when salt is in use or if you live in a salty area.

3. Keep your wheel wells clean and free from material that holds moisture, such as dirt or leaves.

4. Make sure that all drain holes in the frame, floor and bottoms of doors are clear.

5. After you wash your car, open the doors to let the water drain out.

Many car manufacturers void corrosion warranty if you have your car rustproofed. (Rust proofing is a treatment of waxy paste sprayed inside the body panels by an "after market" specialist. The specialist drills holes in hidden areas, sprays in the paste, and plugs the holes. Another type of rustproofing is a clear silicon-based spray that is applied to your paint to protect it from chemicals and pollution.) The best course is to take the rust preventative measures listed above.

A car is like a human being; there are several systems that work together in order for it to move. One of the systems in an automobile that resembles that of a human being is the exhaust system. This system allows the car to exhale the air it had inhaled and consumed. Cars, however, breathes in and exhales air mechanically; thus, once a part in the system is damaged, it can be easily replaced with an upgraded unit and so the system can continue to function.

Replacing a part or adding aftermarket parts to domestic and import cars has never been easier than replacing or adding them nowadays with the existence of thousands of auto parts stores catering to various needs of auto users. The easiest way to purchase them today is through online stores. The country's leading online auto parts dealer, Auto Parts Online, now features thousands of superior quality engine parts and exhaust system parts, including those for Honda. These auto parts can help your engine respire more efficiently and thus, perform better.

What actually happens in your Honda engine parts. is almost the same as what happens in other cars' engine. The pistons inside the cylinder move up and down and those four movements make up the combustion cycle. But before this, engine must receive enough amount of air to be burned with fuel. One way of improving your Honda engine's performance is to allow cleaner air to enter the engine. You can do this by cleaning or replacing worn out air filter. Likewise, the way the air and fuel are drawn and pumped into the engine is vital to the engine's maximum power output; thus, other auto parts such as the fuel pump, the fuel injection and fuel lines must be checked for any sign of defect. Replacing seriously damaged parts is imperative.

It is equally important for the engine parts to be functioning in excellent condition—from the cylinder head to the crankshaft, the valvetrain, the pistons and the piston rings. No matter how small these parts are, they significantly affect the way the engine burns the air-fuel mixture. Find these parts at Auto Parts Online. Here you can find Honda engine parts at their best, plus great Auto Parts Discountdeals to complete your shopping satisfaction.

Also available at great Auto Parts Discount deals are exhaust system parts for Honda. Combustion cycle doesn't stop at the compression stage wherein the air and fuel mixture is prepared for ignition. After the spark plug has fired and ignited the mixture, excess gases are pushed by the piston out of the cylinder towards the exhaust system.

You might think that the mere functions of the exhaust system are to remove and clean excess gas from the engine, but the way it does these can significantly affect the engine’s performance. The more exhaust gasses this system is able to remove from the engine, the more it is helping the engine fit in more air and fuel for another combustion process. So for a more efficient exhaustion, you can replace your Honda exhaust manifold with a high-flow exhaust manifold or header. Also, you can shift to a more efficient high-flow designed Honda Catalytic Converter. Get the finest quality products to ensure your maximum satisfaction, get these at your most trusted Auto Parts Store, Auto Parts Online.

Although it's easy to get replacement wheels, there are few things you need to consider in purchasing new sets of wheels. First, it is not advisable to replace original auto wheels with smaller diameter wheels. Larger diameter wheels may be used, however, with low profile tires to retain the original tire diameter while improving the car’s looks and handling abilities.

Proper wheel width should also be considered in buying your new car wheels, SUV wheels, off road wheels, truck wheels, luxury wheels or custom car wheels. Ideally, the width of the wheel should be the same with that of the tire’s tread so as to produce vertical tire sidewalls for excellent tire support and extended tread life. Proper offset and backspacing are also important considerations in buying wheels, so as to ensure perfect fit to your vehicle. Offset refers to the distance between the wheel’s mounting surface to the car and the center of the rim.

Wheels are among the most striking features in a vehicle, so make sure you get your replacement wheels from trusted sources such as Auto Parts Online to ensure their quality, durability and superior design.

We can't deny it; we all need cars for us to live life normally everyday. Even if we have to go back to the basics to cut high costs of living, we cant really do without cars. They have become necessities in life through the years. However, some vehicles are harder to maintain and consumes more fuel; thus for some, they are pain in the neck—and the pocket—rather than helpful driving machines. But don't worry, there are many ways to improve gas mileage; though you may have to replace some of your stock auto parts.

Auto Parts Fast, one of the country's top auto parts dealers features the best quality replacement and aftermarket parts, which can help you solve gas mileage problems. If you are particularly looking for Honda parts, you can find here a comprehensive line of premium quality Honda engine parts, Honda cooling system parts, Honda body parts and Honda performance parts that can enhance not only your fuel economy but can also help you reduce harmful emissions and significantly improve performance.

The first thing you can do to improve fuel economy is to check on your engine. Make sure your engine is receiving enough air for the combustion and for its cooling. If it is not able to breathe in more air, replace filter or use bigger throttle body and premium quality performance intake manifold. Likewise, check on the way your engine exhales through the exhaust system. You should use a high-flow muffler to boost the car's performance as well as to improve fuel mileage.

Like other exhaust system parts of your Honda, the Honda Catalytic Converter improves performance and fuel mileage too as it converts gaseous wastes produced after the combustion into less harmful emissions. A clogged cat prevents exhaust gases from flowing smoothly out of the engine; thus, it won't be able to clean them properly. This in effect would require the engine to work harder thus, more fuel is consumed. If you're starting to smell something like rotten eggs, you already need to replace your Honda catalytic converter.

If you are in need of Honda catalytic converters, you can shop at Auto Parts Fast, your most trusted online dealer of millions of top quality auto parts. You can find here high-flow catalytic converters for Honda Accord sedan, Honda Accord coupe, Honda Civic, Honda CR-V and other Honda models for just about half the original price.

Improving the aerodynamics of your car can also help you reduce fuel consumption. Race cars are usually fitted with spoilers and ground effects to improve aerodynamics and thus, its acceleration and fuel economy. You can also add a Honda spoiler on your car to help reduce wind resistance; however, this is more effective when applied to race cars. However, you can also replace your Honda Rims, Honda Mirrors, and other body panels with lighter auto parts. Aside from giving your car a new look, swapping hoods and other body parts can help your vehicle run more smoothly and faster. A Honda hood with rear-facing scoop would be a good alternative, too.

Another way to improve gas mileage is by replacing your worn out Honda Wheels and tires. The tires may be particularly running low and thus they need to be aired up sufficiently. Lastly, make sure your engine is cooled properly so it can work more efficiently. You can replace Honda Radiators or add auxiliary Honda radiator fan for more efficient cooling of the engine. These are also available at Auto Parts Fast.

Other auto parts offered in this store are bumpers, A/C condensers, grille, mirror, lights, windshield, suspension parts and a whole lot more. Aside from Honda parts, the store offers top of the line Toyota Parts, Nissan Parts, BMW Parts, Chevrolet Parts, GMC Parts, VW Parts, Jeep Parts and a lot more. Fast, complete and secure, this auto parts store is the perfect solution to your fuel mileage problems.

New Lite Headlight Cleaner and Restorer will return the lights to like new condition.
